Ecology
Ecology is the branch of biology that deals with the relations of organism to one another and to their physical surroundings and habitat. It relates to how these organisms interact and depend upon each other as well as their environment to survive. It is the study of the relationships between living organisms and their environment.
Humans have a major impact upon this Earth. Our decisions control the environment and affect not only our own species, but surrounding species and species halfway around the world. Our impact may seem small, that we're only a part of a large system that makes up this world, but our impact is substantial- our impact is huge. The decisions of our species effect any other species upon Earth. Our essential and unthought of question is: Do we continue on our reckless route, or make a change while we can?
Does this make you rethink what you're throwing away?
